1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Industrial X platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Industrial X provides a B2B marketplace for industrial surplus equipment and customized AI agent subscription services designed for lead generation, procurement, and market intelligence in the industrial sector.

3. AI Agent Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions: AI Agent services are billed on a recurring monthly basis according to the tier selected (e.g., Pro, Agency, Enterprise).
• Billing: By providing a payment method, you authorize Industrial X (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge the applicable subscription fees automatically on a recurring basis.
• No Refunds: Due to the custom nature of building and deploying AI agents, all subscription payments are non-refundable once the agent build process has commenced.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Marketplace Rules

• All equipment listings must be accurate and truthful.
• Industrial X acts solely as a platform to connect buyers and sellers and is not a party to any transaction between users.
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell items or buyers to pay for them.

6. Intellectual Property

The Industrial X platform, including its design, text, graphics, AI models, and software, is the property of Industrial X and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Industrial X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
